1. Agreement and eligibility
By using a META Z VN service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant business. Connected platform accounts must be business-owned or connected with the account owner's permission.
2. Service scope
META Z VN provides digital marketing and automation services and develops official API integration tools including OmniDesk. Features may be offered as a pilot, limited release or production service. Connections to TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopee, TikTok Shop or another provider depend on official API availability, platform approval and account-owner authorization. The intended TikTok messaging workflow is described in the TikTok Business Messaging Integration Disclosure.
3. Authorized channel use
- You must obtain valid authorization before connecting an advertising or messaging account.
- You are responsible for assigning appropriate employees to each channel.
- You must comply with TikTok and other platform terms, messaging limits, consent requirements and applicable law.
- You must not use the service for spam, deceptive outreach, harassment, unlawful surveillance or unauthorized bulk messaging.
4. Account security
You are responsible for protecting login credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Administrators must remove access when an employee no longer needs it.
5. Customer content
You retain rights to content and data submitted through your authorized accounts. You grant META Z VN a limited right to process that content solely to provide, secure and support the requested service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malicious code or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights.
7. Third-party platforms
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or withdraw APIs, permissions or features. META Z VN does not control those decisions and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations.
8. Fees and service changes
Commercial terms, pilot limits and support commitments are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement. We may update features to improve safety, compliance or reliability.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, platform-policy violations or material breach. On termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, customer instructions and applicable retention obligations.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care but may depend on third-party systems. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Any specific liability allocation is governed by the signed commercial agreement.
11. Governing framework
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by applicable laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and platform rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
